First Impressions & Packaging |
The GG3 comes in a plastic bag stapled shut by a hanger fold for retail
sales. It does not contain much information about the glove; in fact
it says its name and that's about it. It would be nice to have the materials
listed that its made of on the package and possibly a one size fits all
note could be useful as well.

The glove appears to made out of stretchable nylon with a wide elastic
wrist band that is held together by Velcro. It's a semi-fingerless design
with only three finger holes. It has separate holes for thumb and pinky
while the other three all fit in the large middle opening. The glove is
proudly silk-screened with the GG3 and Steel logo in between the thumb
and fore finger. The stitching is heavy duty but lots of frays are noticeable
around the cut edges of the elastic.

Once I
had the glove on I could feel it form my hand for the mouse. I had
to use some force to open my hand while wearing it. It's definitely
designed for a specific use and you will probably not appreciate it
if you randomly use the computer while working on other tasks. But
like its name implies; it's a “gaming” glove not a “working” glove.
