Sometimes
I laugh at the new products that are released for enthusiasts; this is
exactly what I did when I heard about the GG3. My first thought was the
tall skinny guy with the Kentucky Waterfall Mullet hair-do you always
seem to see at the local pool hall. He's got the $500 stick and wants
to play for money. First thing he does before a game is slip that glove
over his hand in his intimidating manner while you and your friends try
your hardest not to laugh. This is honestly what I thought when I was
first asked to review this product.
After Derrik “ThEChRoNiC” Rogers
and I stopped laughing and wiped the tears from our eyes we both agreed
there were times when we might have used it. I'm going to put it through
the paces and even try it out during one of our UT2003 clans, =GvL=,
practices as well as during my normal routines of browsing, Photoshop,
DreamWeaver and my usual day to day computer use.
The GG3 is marketed as a way to shave off a bit of friction when gaming.
We all know that less friction means more speed and accuracy. Less friction
can also help out stamina when trying to win a tourney at your LAN party
around 3am .
