Wow things are really coming along with the HTPC. I am getting close to having everything complete. Today were going to look at input devices. Namely, the Wireless MX Duo from Logitech, the RF version to be exact. Thanks goes out to Logitech to sending this to us for review and for use with my HTPC project. The keyboard and mouse can play a large part in home theaters when available but are not necessary. You can run an HTPC from the remote when its set up correctly but if you plan on doing any web surfing or game playing on your HTPC then it’s mandatory to have them both. Logitech also sent their Cordless Click Plus mouse which is a less expensive option to the MX700 with the same great performance but minus some of the nicer features.

I’ll be putting this set to the test in a home theater set up as well as on my gaming rig to see if it can handle it all. I’ve been using the MX500 for quite some time and am very fond of it so I look forward to sharing my thoughts with you on this.
