We all know there are literally hundreds of new products out there competing for a spot in our beloved PC, but alas there is only so much geeky goodness that can be stuffed in so small an area. After all the critical components are in place you are left with precious little space for modding and performance accessories. Therefore for you to get the most bang for both your space and buck, you have to filter thru all the product choices and decide upon those few items that best fit your needs. Some products look great but are useless while others allow you all types of functional options but look as though they were designed by folks who think the Yugo was the crowning achievement in automotive history. Luckily there are a few products floating around out there that fulfill the needs of both form and function. One of the best examples of this is the LCD interface displays. These new LCD displays draw attention to your rig like nothing else can and most of them are chopped full of functional uses. Of course like all products, there are several manufacturers and varieties of LCD interfaces to choose from. GruntvillE has already had the pleasure of reviewing quite a few of the LCD interfaces and today we will be looking at another one from the Matrix Orbital crew. I will be taking a close look at their MX422 series display and we will find out how it stacks up in terms of looks and functionality. The MX422 is one of the larger 4 line backlit LCD displays. It comes with a ton of features and looks like a very promising unit, but as always we will have to examine it in detail before we say it passes muster.
