Thermaltake has been
a blessing for computer enthusiasts for quite some time. They’ve
been one of the first to market an enormous amount of cooling products
that are now staples. Hardly a stick of high-performance memory is sold
without heat spreaders. I doubt there are many tweakers that haven't owned
one of their Orb products. Heck, the Blue Orb was so popular it aquired
the nickname; Blorb. Sounds like something off a Star Trek episode but
if it’s mentioned in the forums, we all know what is being referred
to….that is unless you’re in a Sci-fi forum.
With offices in 7
countries and all the products we’re so familiar with, you’d
think Thermaltake was a pioneer in the industry. Believe it or not, they
were founded in 1999. This company is barely 4 years old. Kids, you’re
mother always told you that you can do anything you set your mind to and
Thermaltake is proof! We’ve reviewed a couple of their HSF’s
in the past and look forward to seeing more from this well known organization.
Some of the latest products we’ve seen roll out of TT include: keyboards,
new revisions to the Xaser Line, new items in the Volcano line, various
cooling products and more.
Thermaltake
always seems to be offering the latest of what’s hot in the cooling
world. Their executives have certainly done well with choosing their staff
and their staff does an even better job of ensuring they’re not
just in a market, but on top of it. The Xaser series of cases has been
catching eyes since its release. Thermaltake has always loaded this case
with options and done a great job of making sure it appeals to the masses.
The Xaser III is no different; it’s an amazing looking case with
a ton of features and I look forward to getting a system into it.
