 Introduction

Well if you’re an Overclocker, you know the time it can take to find the answer to one of the many questions you may run into while squeezing every ounce of speed from your rig. When you were new to the hobby you probably found out about it through a friend or website and spent all your time at the one site until one of your questions couldn’t be answered by “your” experts and then it was off to the search engines. This can become painful for some people; you think there should be a site that tells it all! Unfortunately even the best OC sites don’t have all the answers easily available. It would simply take too long of a time.

No Starch Press decided that they could help. They’re known for all types of guides for electronics buffs from “The SoundBlaster Live! Book” to “The Art of Interactive Design” and more. If you’ve been on the web looking for help on a topic, odds are you ran into a book by No Starch. Of the ones I’ve read in the past, they seem to do a great job of laying out the basics and also in helping out the moderate and experienced users pick up a few tricks.
