made for some of our readers, a whole new perspective. Emails
from the "lurkers" stating that they were amazed they
had not heard of this product before. Our own G-dawg had a blast
reviewing it. Now we know it's not for everyone, it's mostly for
those that enjoy flight simulators. With that in mind, we've tailored
the contest to reflect this.
Natural
Point is working hard to get all of the game developers to include
support for the unit and is having quite a bit of success in doing
so. We all know what success means, no not just hot chicks and
nice cars, it means more development on the unit. Who knows, in
a few years, it might not be fun to play a First Person Shooter
without one! I can think of lots of games I enjoy that could benefit
from the unit with a little more tweaking. I assume that most
of you could see the advantage of this unit in your games too.
Can you imagine being able to quickly look around you when your
hiding with your sniper rifle, or better yet, behind you?

Here's
the rules:

be a DawG PounD Forum Member with 20 non-deleted posts by the entry
deadline for this DawG PounD Giveaway. Please, no spam posts.
2. You
must send an email to contests@GruntvillE.com with subject line TrackIR
that includes your forum nickname, real name and the answer to the
question. The email must be "recieved" by 10am central time
on Oct. 31st.
3. You
must read the review. Why? Well, because if you send your answer and
it's already an officialy supported game or simulation title, then
your entry will be disqualified. Also note, if one of the winners
already owns a TrackIR Pro and has the proof, they can opt to get
a refund on it if they are one of the two winners.
All entires
must be sent to contests@gruntville.com
and include your real name, forums handle, and have TrackIR in the
subject line AND be in by 10:00am CDT October 31st, 2004. All entries
become the property of GruntvillE.CoM and Natural
Point and you give us the right to publish, praise, or ridicule
them whenever we want in perpituity. Don't be surprised if your answer
makes it to the game developers as the obvious point is to find out
what you, the gamers, are looking for. The winning entries will be
picked via a drawing by the staff, sponsors or family of GruntvillE.CoM.
